A: Both are not supported at the moment but if needed you can connect any channel using our custom channels integration. Requires some works on users end and a tool like n8n/make.com
Q: can I use this as a new agency to service clients to handle outreach and conference roi?
I'm not familiar with DM chat boxes but can see they should be used for certain clients - would you recommend for selling digital products as part of a consultancy? but also my clients at the moment are a mix of B2B and B2C - I'm guessing (hoping) this could be a good solution to help drive sales for either sector? Thanks

Q: When will Hong Kong be added to the country availability list for WhatsApp?
China is available but Hong Kong has a different country code and therefore WhatsApp service is inaccessible

Yeah tier 2 if only for your self and tier 3 if you want to resell to others or manage clients
