Q: Will you please help me?

I reached out on 5/15/2026 about an issue with SendFox. Your associate emailed me on Sat, 5/16/2026; I've responded but have heard nothing back and it's now Wed, 5/20/2026.

I'm concerned my issue isn't being addressed. My support request number is: #1272692

The issue is that opt-in emails are not being sent to subscribers so they are signing up but not getting newsletter emails since they didn't opt-in BUT they never received opt-in emails.

Q: Block List/Suppression List

Hey, I've been playing around with sendfox for a while, but I'm now starting to use it and I can't find a block list/suppression list. I get nervous about not being able to block users...

Q: Problems with Sendfox sending emails

I recently started having problems with Sendfox either not sending saved and scheduled emails or deleting them altogether.

What is going on that would cause this? I have used Sendfox for years and upgrading to the monthly plan but I (just like the other users) require my emails to go out to my community.

I am also not please with the generic responses from the Sendfox team. It would be pleasant to actually know what is going on so we can make the best business decision possible.

Q: Do you know what are you doing?

Hi,
I am interested in the deals for SendFox.
But so many bad reviews and the fact that the expertise to run an autoresponder service is clearly lacking makes me think three times about whether I should go for it.

Questions are hardly answered, errors apparently not really fixed, and when answers do come, they rather point to a "lack of expertise" in this highly competitive market.

So...
