Q: Language, WhatsApp Connection, Extra Costs

Dear,

The offer seems very good, but I still have some questions that I haven't found answers to in previous responses.

1. Can the whitelabel panel be offered to my clients in another language? I would prefer Brazilian Portuguese, as we are over 220 million people here.

2. Can the WhatsApp connection be made using a QR code, API, or both?

3. Besides the amount we will pay now, and our API key in BYOK format that each client can use separately, are there any extra costs not mentioned?

A: Hey man, good to hear from you. To answer your question:

1. The interface is supported in 13 languages at the moment. Brazilian is not one of them, but Portuguese is. I don't know which variant that is, but it's something we can easily add.
2. The WhatsApp connection supports both QR code and API. We recommend using the QR code method because it's so much easier.
3. Each client can use their...

Q: About Sub-Accounts & Credits

Hello, I'm more of a novice on the tech side so I am a little bit confused.
(1) So the number of sub accounts referenced - are they the actual number of clients you can manage as a white label under the platform?
(2) Re: the one time AI credits. What are they for? Not really understanding the use.
(3) On the plan with unlimited AI responses - are these actually using the AI credits from the plan...

A: 1: yes
2: Credits are mostly used for AI actions (AI responses, tool uses, and generations) and for some minor infrastructure costs. For example, if you buy a phone number through the platform, that is also where our credits are used.
3: The credits are one-time, so they are not per sub-account. You have two options for distribution:
Manually assign credits to sub-accounts
Have them buy credits...

Q: about byok

I have some questions about BYOK. Am I able to use the Open Router API? Also, could you please clarify how many domains are allowed on Plans 3 and 4 with the one-time credits?
Do I need a credit card to register on your site to use DM Champ?

A: Hey man,

OpenRouter at the moment is not supported, but we are looking into it. You can bring your own API keys only for Claude.

Regarding how many domains, what do you exactly mean? You get one white label domain, but you can create others; that has nothing to do with the one-time credits.

And yeah, you need a credit card if you register on our site for a trial.

Q: For tier 5….

Is reselling via white label separate from the 100 sub-account limit, or is the 100 cap the ceiling for all client accounts regardless?

A: So to resell, you would create one sub-account whether you're reselling white labels or not. That would come out of that limit.

Q: Cost for Additional Credits

What is the cost to buy additional credits once the 1-time credits run out?

Do sub-accounts share the credit pool with the main account?

How do sub-accounts buy additional credits? Who do my clients pay when they need more credits?

Can you assign credit limits to sub-accounts?

A: A credit costs 10 cents. Do your sub-accounts share the credit pool with the main account?

Yes and no; it depends on how you set it up. You can share credits with them (by assigning credits), or you can have them buy credits directly using Stripe. This also answers your next question.

What you can do is either:

1. Set up your own payment system. If you're providing this as an agency service,...
