I have one more question regarding WhatsApp conversations.
If a prospect sends a WhatsApp voice message:
Can DM Champ automatically understand/transcribe the voice message? Can the AI reply with another voice message, or does it always reply with text? Do you support full voice AI conversations on WhatsApp, or only text conversations? Thank you!

Can we configure keyword-based replies that are handled without invoking the AI model? For example, if someone asks "price", "location", "hours", or other common FAQs, can DMChamp reply with a predefined answer instead of using AI credits?
My goal is to reserve AI credits only for complex conversations while handling repetitive questions...

just wondering if there will be a native Shopify Integration so the Bot can also integrate a live Buying Box button into the Chat or Giving discounts etc. special for customers how just need a litte "xtra care":

A: WhatsApp Web is a flat 50 credits per month. If you use Twilio instead, there is a message fee. If you use your own API key for AI credits, that fee applies, but if you use our AI credits, the message fee is included in the credit price.
Regarding ban risk, it is pretty low if you avoid cold outreach and actually warm up the number. We have a full video on how to do this and how you can scale...
