Since the update what use to be so simple took much longer in the new email editor. Now I have to make a serious decision, because I am near the 5k contacts limit. This is so disheartening that they took away other tiers. I was planning to upgrade to tier 3. Another lost opportunity. I have to find another email marketing tool or just invest in Systeme.io which have an unlimited plan.

I am interested in upgrading to access the Pro features mentioned in the dashboard (whitelabeling, VIP sending, and optional single opt-in). However, I noticed that the lower Pro tiers (like Pro 1, 2, or 3) have contact and send limits that are lower...
Got the top tier - and after receiving a mail with new updates, I was about to start using it .. - But reading both reviews & Q's here very alarming issues - on AppSumo Sendfox's "own origin / website" - With no communication or qualitative answers, it seems that start using SendFox would be a huge risk :-/

A: it is very alive. there are so many updates and performance improvements. give it a shot. youll love it. team is hard at work.
Same boat here! I was using SendFox and had been planning my setup around it. I spent around two months building external automations connected to webinars, CRM workflows, and other tools because the higher lifetime tiers were still part of the offer structure. The most frustrating part is that Tier 5 was still saved in my cart. I was planning to purchase it, and then it disappeared without notice
Hey, I've been playing around with sendfox for a while, but I'm now starting to use it and I can't find a block list/suppression list. I get nervous about not being able to block users...
Thanks! I've switched one of my lists entirely over, but as an author, there are occasinally subscribers who sign up for my list for a free book, then mark me as spam after I send a welcome email or shortly after (and I steer FAR away from spammy emails).
It would be good to keep some of them off my list once they're identified. lol...
