Q: Good replacement for Hubspot email marketing?

HubSpot is getting too expensive for us to be able to communicate with clients. Would HubSpot be a good solution for us to import say a list of 10k clients, that we need to email 3-10 times per year? With HubSpot, we have to buy bundles of 5,000 contacts at $250 per month, so minimum of $500 per month so that we can send a handful of (important) emails per year.

A: Our plans do not have a subscriber limit, so you can import your client list and choose the plan based on the total volume of campaign emails you need to send each moth.

Please keep in mind that deliverability also depends on factors such as your domain reputation, proper anti-spam authentication settings, and the quality and consent of your contact list.

Please pardon me if this comes off as stupid, but I want to confirm that if I pay a one one-time "lifetime deal" fee via Appsumo that I will be able to send a certain amount of emails (based on the tier) for free, for life?

A: No worries at all, your question is completely understandable.

You’ll be able to use the subscription you purchase according to the terms and limits described in the AppSumo promotion and the tier you choose.

It is not technically “free”, as there is an initial one-time purchase, but after that you can use the included plan features as specified in the deal.

Q: Why did you block our account and downgrade us to free tier?

Purchased tier 1 on Sep 17, 2021 and never really used the product, but I believe it is the second time we have been put on a free plan, so thanks for that, again... Chatted with support today and was informed the issue would not be resolved over chat, and that we had to send an email. We did early morning, still no reply. What is going on and do you finally have 2FA enabled?

Q: I want to Upgrade to Tier 7,here is my question

Back then in 2022,I bought this deal and I tried many times to use Acumbamail,there IS ALWAYS A POP UP THAT APPEARS: SAYING MY ACCOUNT IS DEACTIVATED..
I SENT SEVERAL TIMES EMAILS TO CLEAR THE ISSUE,
But Acumbamail has never replied.

Please would you kindly look into this URGENT PROBLEM ,BEFORE I UPDATE TO TIER 7.
