I bought tier 2 to do some test. Currently I use Manychat and I'm looking for alternative but for very simple task: comment to DM. Two questions: 1. Can I use different trigger keyword to send different messages? 2. How many credits will I use if I send only one message after trigger keyword?

A: At the moment, the whole system is a smart AI. When you give a keyword, it performs smart detection, so if there are typos or someone uses a similar word or sentence, it will still trigger.
The response is also not always the same; it is based on what you put in the campaign instruction. There will always be some variation, and this costs one credit.
I understand the credit consumption is high And per message reply is going to cost me $0.10, I need to know if It can simply send no AI involvement replies at zero cost.
Eg Sending a Instagram dm based on comment keyword Sending WhatsApp dm based on form response.
I mean a basic dm communications, no AI needed. Then human can handle from if there are any messages.
Is it covered or is it just a sales agent and we will need a different tool for all basic communication.

A: Hey man, so we don't have an e-commerce integration built in, so this is something you would have to set up using custom functions and webhooks. Once you do that, you have full freedom on how you can set it up.
