Since DM Champ states it is GDPR compliant, I’d like clarification on your current data access and privacy practices.
Could you please confirm:
1. When support or technical staff investigate an issue, what access can they have inside a user account? Can they view messages, conversations, or stored data, or only limited technical details?

A: Hi, thanks for the question. To your three points:
1) Access: When investigating a reported issue, a limited number of authorised staff can access account data, including conversations and stored content, but only as needed to look into that specific issue. Access is role-based and staff are bound by confidentiality it isn't open to the wider team.
Ah ok. Yeah, it would be really awesome and as a great selling point for others to also follow suit in using this for that purpose. I understand the DM Champ is more than that but a simple follow-up DM message is great without needing to start a whole conversation. If no ETA can be shared, can we instruct the AI to send an immediate URL upon replying from a keyword trigger?

I purchased Tier 3 with goals of reselling as my clients could use a ManyChat alternative.
What I wanted tho is just sending one automated message with a link in DM just like ManyChat.

Yes you can add that to the campaing instructions and set max messages to 1 so after that the ai will stop
